There's no need to explain these cards. They are the most powerful removal cards in the game.

1. Employee Union (Size2, 1pt)

Effect: 

The first card on your opponent's field with a Size equal to the number of empty slots in your hand + this card's Size is moved to the bottom of your opponent's deck.

Cons:

• you can only play this card if you knew your opponent's field
• basically you can only play this card if you're opponent wiped your field in the previous round or have a clear field
• doesn't get rid of the enemy follower, just stalls it and your opponent can shuffle it back to his hand

• targets
• can target a spell too

Effect:

The first card in your deck is sent to the Grave, and the second card is moved to the bottom of your deck. If this happens, a random enemy card is moved to the bottom of your opponent's deck.

Cons:

• helps you deck-out
• it won't target
• doesn't get rid of the enemy card, just stalls it and your opponent can shuffle it back to his hand

• you can play it anytime you want
• can send a spell to the grave

Effect:

One enemy card with a Size equal to this card's Size + this card's slot number is sent to the Grave. If this happens, this card is deactivated.

Cons:

• you can only play this card if you knew your opponent's field
• you'll need to play it into a specific open slot in your field

• targets
• can criple your opponent if he played 2x same size cards (ex. two size3 followers)
• can target spells
• can kill multiply cards, bcoz of deactivation
• "prohibits" opponent to play any same size cards in the next round

Effect:

The Sizes of the cards in slot 3 of your field and your opponent's field are compared, and the smaller one is destroyed. If their Sizes are the same, the card in slot 3 of your opponent's field is sent to the Grave.

Cons:

• situational card
• need a specific deck construct like "Tea Time" or mostly Size5 follower card based
• only targets Slot3

• destroys, so -life to opponent
• can target spells

Effect:

The first follower on your field is moved to the bottom of your opponent's deck. If this happens, the first enemy follower on your opponent's field with the largest Size and a different faction than the moved follower is moved to the bottom of your deck.

Cons:

• useless against mirror faction decks
• risky, bcoz you also "lose" a follower from your field
• only target followers
• you can't gain instant advantage bcoz of "bottom of deck"

• can steal a rare follower, while you give your crap follower to your opponent
• targets (highest Size)
• good in multifaction decks

Effect:

The first enemy card with a total Def+Size of 5 is destroyed, then your character loses Life equal to half the destroyed card's Def (rounding up).

Cons:

• extremly situational
• can ony target size3+2def, size4+1def, size5+0def
• you'll lose life

• destroys, so -life to opponent

7. Eldest Sister's Preference (Size2, 13pt)

Effect:

If your field contains at least one follower, a random enemy follower is sent to the Grave. If this happens, if this card's Size is at least 2, a copy of this card is created in the first slot of your opponent's field, gets -1 Size, and is deactivated. Otherwise, this card is removed from the game.

In nutshell:

• DO NOT ever use this card

IRRC there's no other "removal" academy cards. IF I have to choose among these, then I'd chose and use in my deck are: Table Mannes bcoz of the massive field advantage than can do. In low DP deck I'd use Clarice's Attendant. The rest is too situational for me.
