Rules are:

Meanwhile, the previous skill slot will retain permanently open after the next one is opened.

e.g.: When the second skill slot is opened, the first one will exist forever and will never be closed.

Skill slot must be opened in order. Opening the skill slot by jumping the order is not allowed.

Skill put in different skill slots will directly impact the release and effect of the skill
