Lunaria Story is a 2D, side-scrolling, massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG). It combines the best elements of other popular MMORPGs and classic 2D platform games. Players can go on thrilling quests, fight cool monsters, and use the unique pet system, training and merging pets, resulting in interesting combinations and stat boosts. It features delightful graphics, and simple, but impressive gameplay. Lunaria Story is browser based, so it requires no download, and is completely free to play.
Chaos has descended upon Lunaria. Tablets of Power, gifts from the gods to the people, have been stolen and corrupted. An evil energy has permeated the land. It's up to you to unearth the evil forces behind what's going on, and put a stop to them.
The game features three classes, each with unique skills and abilities. Swordsmen are built to slice and dice, and excel in close combat. Elementalists conjure magic, bringing devastating barrages from near or afar. Hunters use guns, bombs, and other weaponry to get the job done.
The game has a number of popular features players should already be familiar with, as well as several new mechanics.

Pets increase a character's Might, and provide stat boosts in battle. Players can have multiple pets, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Your pet will need to be well fed. If a Pet is not fed, its happiness will slowly drain, and players will be unable to summon it during battle.
Each pet's attributes provide a corresponding rise in character attributes. For example, if a pet has an Attack rating of 240, it will provide a boost of 240 for a character's Physical and Magic Attack. The pet needs to be summoned, for the stat boost to be provided.
Growth attributes provide boosts to your characters Strength, Stamina, Agility, and Wisdom. Higher levels of Growth provide larger boosts. Growth levels can be increased for free once per day. Additionally, items that are dropped, or Gold, can be used to further increase a pet's Growth.
Potential provides boosts to Dodge, Critical Strike, Tenacity, Explosive Damage, and Shield. Higher levels of Potential provide larger boosts. Potential levels can be increased for free 3 times daily. Additionally, items that are dropped, or Gold, can be used to further increase a pet's Potential.
Pets can also learn skills, which come in two types: Talent Skills, and Normal Skills. Skills provide additional boosts in battle. Pets can only have one Talent Skill at a time. Talent Skills are learned by entering the Character panel, and trading Prestige, Talent Stones, and Talent Manuals. Normal Skills also provide Character stat boosts. Each pet begins with two open slots for Normal Skills. Increasing a pet's potential unlocks additional slots. Normal skills can be learned via manuals, available in the Shop.
Pets can be merged, with the resulting combination carrying over the best attributes from each. Players can choose what the new pet will look like after merging.
Take on rooms full of opponents. Each wave you complete nets you EXP, Silver, and Star Spirit. Each level in the ruins has a 5 minute time limit. The faster you clear the room, the bigger the rewards.
Increasing your Might allows you to reach higher levels in the ruins. Players are allowed to reset to level 1, once per day. They can then auto-simulate all the levels they had previously beaten, which quickly gains large amounts of Silver and Star Spirit.
HP and Mana packs cannot be used inside the Ruins, but each new level automatically restores both before the battle begins. Take on and defeat bosses, and earn special items.
The Farm is used to grow crops that yield EXP and Silver. Farms start with 3 empty plots. Each plot can grow 1 plant at a time. It costs 30 Gold to plow the first extra plot, increasing by 30 Gold for each additional plot. Farms can have a maximum of 8 plots.
Players can plant Experience Trees, and Money Trees. Each comes in 5 varieties: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Experience Trees yield 222,000; 266,400; 333,000; 444,000; and 666,000 EXP respectively. Money Trees yield 225,000; 247,500; 270,000; 337,500; and 450,000 Silver respectively.
Players are always given a Common Tree seed for each planting attempt on any given plot. There is a chance to upgrade to a higher yielding seed, at the cost of 2 Gold. Subsequent upgrades during the same planting session increase by 2 Gold per attempt. Players can also opt to spend 50 Gold, to auto-ensure they plant Legendary seeds.
Harvesting an EXP Tree requires 8 hours, while Money Trees have no cooldowns. Players may speed-up farm cooldowns 10 times per day, which cost 40 Gold per plot. Cooldown times cost slowly decreases in accordance with how much cooldown time is left.
3-2-1- go! Challenge other players to a duel, in the ultimate PvP fighting game. Form a party, train in duels, and then KO your opponents. Improve your record and rank, and earn points for your party, netting some cool rewards.
Opponents can be challenged in level blocks of 10: 40-49, 50-59, etc. Each match has a 5 minute time limit. No Health or Mana packs can be used in the battle, but Mana does replenish. Players can opt to surrender, but it will show as a loss on their record. Fights longer than 5 minutes result in a draw.
