Here is a guide about the 7 day Guide to leave protection with a decent size army in Call Of Roma. Thank stranger who posted it on Official Forum. If you have any problem about it, just check below:

Day 1
1. Use your free Mini Pack of Captives
2. Allocate the troops given from the mini pack to one of your heroes spreading them out equally
3. Start Maraud Level 1 Wilderness
4. After you get 5 Grey Rebel Aglets, exchange them in your Quest -> Daily Barter -> Rebel Aglet
5. Use the Mini Pack of Captives you get from the exchange, allocate your troops to your hero and maraud more level 1 Wilderness
6. If you run out of physical from a hero, you can hire more heroes from the Amphitheater
7. Continue until you have another 20 Grey Rebel Aglets, exchange them in your Daily Barter quest for 3 Mini Pack of Captives

Day 2
1. Use your 3 Mini Pack of Captives you got from Day 1 and allocate the troops to your hero
2. Maraud more level 1 Wilderness till you have 25 Grey Rebel Aglets, exchange them for 4 Mini Pack of Captives
3. Use the 4 Mini Pack of Captives and allocate to your hero.
4. Now its time to Maraud Level 4 Wilderness, keep marauding till you get 5 Yellow Rebel Aglets
5. Exchange them for 1 Medium Pack of Captives
6. Next remove the troops from your hero and allocate just the Equites and Principes on your hero
7. Allocate your troops in this format : 2 stacks of Equites and 1 stack of Principes
8. Now start attacking Level 1-2 wilderness, you will not suffer any loses.

Day 3
1. Use your hero with Equites and Principes to maraud level 1-2 Wilderness and get 25 Grey Rebel Aglets
2. Exchange the 25 Grey Rebel Aglets into 4 Mini Pack of Captives and use them all
3. Allocate all your Hastatus and Sagittarius on another of your Hero and Maraud level 4 Wilderness till u get 5 Yellow Rebel Aglets

Day 3 and onwards
You need to get 5 Yellow Aglets and 25 Grey Aglets to exchange them for 4 Mini Pack of Captives and 1 Medium Pack of Captives EVERY DAY. By day 7 you will be have a decent size army without spending any resources or sesterces to train them.
