Court Rivals is a new type of fantasy sport where you assume
the role of the player in a simulated basketball league:
- Train your player's skills and improve his game
- Join a team with friends or create your own team
- Challenge other teams owned by real people like you around the world
- Win individual awards or a championship banner

The objective of the game is to have your
team win the league championship. You can accomplish this by assembling a team
of 10 players and having each member of your team train his or her attributes.
The amount you can train daily is limited by the number of training credits you
have. Every day at midnight ET, you receive a fresh set of training credits with
which you can train. Every night at 10 PM ET, if you are on a team then you will
play in a simulated game. A box score will be generated for the simulated game
so that you can login after the game and determine how your player did.

The
BasicTraining in a variety of stats improves your basketball
player's performance in the simulated games that take place nightly at 10 PM ET.
If you're unsure of what a stat does, you can mouse over the name of the stat
and a tooltip will appear explaining how that stat affects your player.
The more you train in a stat, the more time consuming it becomes to
further train in that area. If you're unable to login to Court Rivals
frequently, you may want to focus on one stat rather than attempt to diversify
your player across multiple stats. Also, if you queue up the same stat multiple
times, you receive a small discount towards each subsequent traning session.

Your player rank listed in the menu bar is
based on the sum of all your stats. The amount you can train each day is limited
by the number of your training credits. Your training credits reset everyday at
12 AM ET. The amount of training credits you get each day is equal to your
Endurance stat
If you are the captain of your team, you'll notice your
team is automatically filled with Filler Players if you have less than 10
players on your team. Filler players have extremely low stats and one should not
be expected to win many games with many of them on their team. So get your
friends to join Court Rivals and have them join your team (or join their team)!
