Hunted Cow Studios Ltd, which is the maker of Fallen Sword, announced on
Nov 28th that their new browser-based game Sigmastorm
II is ready for players now. If those who had signed as a member
of the mailing list join, they will automatically receive an exclusive weapon
after signup only available to mailing list subscribers!
Sigmastorm II
is a highly addictive massively mutliplayer game. Set in a dark and industrious
futuristic setting, players are pitted against all manner of Entities, from
Heavily mechanised Cyborgs through to Mutated Monstrosities and Alien races such
as the Shard. The game world is displayed in a 3 x 3 grid with you in the centre
grid. From your square you can interact with players, creatures, objects and
missions. You can click on the move here links in the surrounding tiles to move
your character. Choose one of four unique classes (Purist,
Soldier, Mutant and Cyborg),
and gain key skills to help you defeat the dangers that lurk within this
post-apocalyptic world.
Game Contents:
- Craft and construct weapons and equipment to help you defeat a huge range of deadly entities.
- Need help? Chat with other players in your same area using the live local communications feature or go to the game forums and seek the answer to your questions.
- Travel through countless areas featuring irradiated deserts, abandoned facilities and ruined cities.
- Immerse yourself in the dozens of missions, gain rewards including powerful unique items to help you in your travels.
- Don't want just struggle to be the strongest? Then, may be you could try to be the richest. There are different ranks.
You may find the way you move in Sigmastorm2 is familiar if you are a
Fallen Sword player. Yes there are some thing look similar to Fallen Sword but
most don't. At least, the grapic is much better. In a word, Sigmastorm II is a
game worth trying.
